The well-maintained tropical garden features an 11x5 metre swimming pool and is filled with the wonderful scent of orange trees. The highlight of the garden is the large covered lounge area with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ. Here you will find a spacious dining table that seats 12. There is also a bathroom with a shower close to the pool.

The garden leads directly into the main house. The living room is cosy and warmly furnished with many original details. Off the living room is the dining room with the spacious traditional kitchen next to it, which of course is equipped with all modern conveniences. There is also a lounge area with seating. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms that share one bathroom. This bathroom has a bath and a shower. On the first floor there are four further bedrooms. There are two bathrooms here, both of which have showers.

Air conditioning is available in the living room, the lounge area and two upstairs bedrooms that are on the sunny side of the house. The extremely thick walls of this old finca keep the house naturally cool, but there are fans available.

As in most old fincas, the doors are very low, so if you are taller than 1.75 metres, you may sometimes have to stoop.

The house is located next to the road from Santa Gertrudis to San Miguel, so cars can be heard, but the house is situated such that the garden is on the other side. The extremely thick walls keep the road noise to a minimum.
