The outdoor area of the house offers views of the sea and the beautiful nature from all sides. There are six sunbeds in total, divided among three spots. There is also a wooden lounge bed in Balinese style with space for at least two people. Near the swimming pool (6x10) is a spacious lounge bed with space for at least eight people. Directly against the house, there are around four seating areas that can offer shade at various times of day. There is also a barbecue. A domestic cat lives outside, please keep this in mind should you be allergic.

The atmosphere of the house is contemporary, but, at the same time, traditional Spanish elements have been preserved. You have a different spectacular view from almost every interior area, and they all offer access to the outside, which is very special.

Inside, there is an inner room with a dining table, where ten people can enjoy dinner if it's too fresh outside. Children can also enjoy themselves creatively in this space. There is a nice collection of all kinds of craft supplies. The adjoining living area forms the sitting room, and has a high ceiling. This cosy room is equipped with a fireplace, Apple and Sky tv, book collection, DVD's and family games.

The kitchen exudes a typical Spanish atmosphere and is well equipped (with crockery for up to 25 guests) with all modern conveniences. There is a table with space for just six people, and there is direct access to the outdoor table, which offers space for ten.

The house can accommodate eight people. All bedlinnen is made of 100% Egyptian Cotton. Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor and has a double bed (150x210) and direct access to the terrace, which includes a four-person table and a hammock. The en-suite bathroom has a shower and a bath. The other three bedrooms are on the upper floor. Bedroom 2 has two single beds (90x210) and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Next to bedroom 2 is the children's room. This room features a single bed (90x200) and wooden cot. Bedroom 3 has a double bed (150x210). This bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 4 forms the master bedroom (150x210) with private terrace and sea view. The en-suite bathroom has both a shower and a bath.

Air conditioning and over head fans are available in all bedrooms and in the kitchen. This house is especially suitable for families or couples who want to enjoy the peace and nature. There is even an outdoor projector for outdoor movie viewing! For extra safety there is a floodlight camera.
