Hacienda Chiquita is not your typical Ibiza-style finca. The cacti and the characteristic courtyard give it a more Mexican feel. The house was already a favourite, but the renovation work has given it a unique hacienda feel. The owners have spared no expense to make everything perfect. The showpiece of this property is undoubtedly the spacious party hall with lounge and industrial-style kitchen. This party hall also includes a bathroom with a double shower. This hacienda is the ideal base for weddings, birthday parties and other events.

The main building also has a comfortable living area and kitchen. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms with showers, two of which are en-suite. Air-conditioning is only available in the upstairs bedroom. The thick walls and the fact that the other rooms face north keep these rooms naturally cooler. The other two bedrooms are located in the annex. Both have their own entrance through a shared patio, and both rooms have air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.

The property is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a large grassy area and many olive trees.
