Welcome to Villa Sereno, a luxurious, fully renovated house where tranquillity and comfort come together. The house is perfect for families and groups of friends who want to enjoy Ibiza's nature, yet stay close to all the hotspots.

Villa Sereno has four spacious bedrooms, all with air conditioning and en-suite bathroom and toilet. The master bedroom is on the upper floor and has French doors opening onto a private balcony with fantastic views. On the ground floor is the second bedroom, while the third and fourth bedrooms are on the ground floor. There is also an additional guest toilet.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for cooking together. The cosy living room has comfortable sofas, a 51-inch Smart TV with Netflix and Dutch TV. The dining area, with a table for 10, connects directly to the living room and kitchen, giving the house an open and inviting atmosphere.

The price includes final cleaning and 4-hour interim cleaning of the common areas. Bed linen and towels are not changed in the meantime, but are changed for stays longer than 7 days.

Outdoor Living & Relaxation

Carpinteros is surrounded by garden and nature. From the living room, kitchen and bedroom on the ground floor, you walk straight to the saltwater pool (3x3x10m), where you can take a refreshing dip or swim a few sporty laps. Around the pool you will find sunny and shady lounge areas, ideal for relaxing with a book or a cocktail in your hand.

For outdoor dining enthusiasts, there is a dining area with a large table and a Weber gas BBQ. Here you can enjoy long, balmy evenings with freshly grilled food and a glass of wine. The roof terrace is the ultimate place to end the day. Here, high above the surroundings, you will enjoy panoramic views of the starry sky and the sea.

Villa Sereno is in a quiet and green location between Santa Eulària des Riu and Cala Llonga. Within a few minutes' drive you are on the family-proof beach of Cala Llonga, a sheltered cove with clear, calm waters and cosy beach bars. Santa Eulària offers a charming promenade, a marina and a wide range of restaurants and shops.
